Representative Trial Cases:
- Ms. Norris recently worked to obtain a defense verdict in a complex trucking case involving a rear-end semi collision during rush hour traffic. The plaintiff claimed cognitive injuries and sought over $11 million in damages. After strategic litigation and trial presentation, the jury returned a defense verdict after just one hour of deliberation.
- In another matter, Ms. Norris uncovered a key piece of social media evidence, a video of the plaintiff skydiving one month after a reported back and neck injury from an auto accident. While the jury found the defendant liable, they awarded zero damages, validating the defense's argument and undermining the plaintiff's credibility.
