Jenny Vedra is a partner in the Denver office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.. Ms. Vedra is an experienced litigator who manages complex civil dockets for a diverse range of clients, from high-net-worth individuals to large corporations. She focuses her practice on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, complex commercial and contract disputes, construction defect, insurance defense, product and premises liability, asbestos and toxic torts.
A seasoned litigator, Ms. Vedra handles cases from inception through resolution, including trial. She is experienced in all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including developing strategic defense plans, conducting complex discovery and depositions, managing expert witnesses, and negotiating favorable settlements through mediation.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Vedra held leadership roles in private practice where she managed and mentored staff and attorneys while growing office business through industry networking. Her extensive background also includes serving as in-house Litigation Counsel for a major international hospitality group, where she managed all employment and commercial claims for over fifteen U.S. properties and negotiated high-value contracts. Additionally, she acted as staff counsel for a national restaurant chain, managing national caseloads and overseeing local counsel to achieve corporate objectives.
In 2011, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Prior to her legal studies, she graduated from Texas Christian University in 2004.
Ms. Vedra is licensed to practice law in Colorado, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Nevada and Nebraska.
