John D. Garcia is an associate in the Dallas office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Garcia is a skilled litigator with significant experience managing high-stakes cases and navigating intricate legal disputes from inception through trial. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, general liability, and insurance defense matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Garcia has represented a diverse range of clients, including professional associations, healthcare providers, and national corporations. His experience includes defending multi-million-dollar medical malpractice claims, coordinating collective defense strategies for numerous co-defendants, and handling commercial disputes. He brings extensive courtroom experience to the firm, having participated in several trials as both first and second chair, and has successfully argued dispositive motions in both state and federal courts.
Following his work as an attorney at several Texas-based litigation firms, he joins the firm with a background in handling substantial caseloads involving property damage, contract disputes, and complex staffing litigation. His technical expertise is further supported by deep experience in taking and defending over one hundred depositions of expert and fact witnesses.
In 2021, he earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to his legal studies, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2017.
Mr. Garcia is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
