Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Donahue served as an associate attorney at a national defense firm, where he focused his practice on civil litigation and product liability matters.
Before entering civil practice, he established a comprehensive trial and advocacy background within the public defense sector. Serving as an Assistant Defender for the Defender Association of Philadelphia, he managed a wide variety of criminal defense matters, representing clients in both felony and misdemeanor cases. Mr. Donahue also brings distinct corporate and institutional insight to his practice. During his academic career, he gained valuable, firsthand corporate experience serving as an in-house counsel intern for a prominent, Pennsylvania-based convenience, food, and fuel operator, giving him a functional understanding of commercial operations and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he served as a law clerk and legal intern within the public defender's office, building his litigation foundation prior to formal bar admission.
In 2022, Mr. Donahue earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at Fordham University in 2019, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy.
He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
