John Hoffman is an associate in the Boise Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Hoffman concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with experience in prosecutorial settings. His background includes managing arraignments, pre-trial conferences, and infraction trials, which sharpened his litigation skills and ability to navigate complex procedures.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Hoffman served as a Limited License Attorney at the Boise City Attorney's Office, where he handled a range of courtroom proceedings. He previously externed with the Shoshone County Prosecutor's Office, gaining hands-on experience in trial courtrooms, and worked in research and legal drafting capacities at multiple Idaho law practices. His practical training has equipped him with a solid foundation in public sector law, case strategy, and client communication.
In 2021, he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Boise State University. Mr. Hoffman went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2024. During law school, he served as Vice President of the Criminal Law Society and was actively involved in student leadership and volunteer initiatives focused on access to justice.
