Jonathan M. Diocares is a partner in the Jacksonville and Orlando offices of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  He focuses on first-party property insurance defense and coverage actions in his representation of insurers and insureds in claims arising from windstorm, sinkhole, fire, mold, water losses, theft, vandalism, fraud, PIP/SIU, and automobile negligence.  His practice also consists in performing examinations under oath, and fraud investigations.  Mr. Diocares handles all aspects of representation in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Diocares worked with two large insurance defense law firms in Miami and Fort Lauderdale concentrating his practice in first-party property defense where he handled large case files and worked with adjusters and litigation specialists through each phase of litigation from retention of matter through litigation, mediation, arbitration and trial. 

 In May 2017, he was included as a "Power Leader of Law" by the South Florida Business Journal.

Mr. Diocares received his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in May 2011 and Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in December 2007 graduating with a major in economics and minor in business. While in law school he interned at the Florida Coastal Immigration Rights Clinic and clerked for a Miami-based law firm specializing in medical malpractice and immigration law.

Mr. Diocares is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. 

He served as president of the Asian Pacific Bar Association of South Florida from 2016 to 2017.
