Jonathan M. West is a partner in the Nashville hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., and a highly regarded figure in workers’ compensation defense across Tennessee. Recognized as one of the state’s top workers’ compensation defense attorneys, Mr. West has built a reputation for developing substantial client relationships and achieving successful outcomes across various jurisdictions. He brings extensive trial and litigation experience to his work in Tennessee’s courts of record and before the Tennessee Department of Labor.

In 2006, Mr. West obtained a Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law. He holds a Master of Science in Health & Human Performance and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Austin Peay State University. Before entering law, he spent a decade in the public sector managing recreational and athletic programs.
Mr. West is an active member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
