Jordan Craig is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.. Mr. Craig brings a uniquely robust background to the firm, combining sharp legal acumen with over twenty-five years of entrepreneurial and entertainment industry experience. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, general liability, corporate law, intellectual property, and sports & entertainment law matters.
Mr. Craig's legal foundation is built on extensive clerkship and internship experience across civil litigation, corporate, and intellectual property divisions. Early in his legal training, he served as a summer law clerk for an Orlando-based law firm, expanding his capabilities in litigation, real estate, and corporate law. He later worked as a legal intern for a boutique entertainment firm in Miami, where he drafted and amended legal documents, filed trademarks, performed targeted research in corporate and copyright law, and observed high-level recording agreement negotiations. Most recently, he gained critical, hands-on experience handling defense matters right here as a law clerk in QPWB's Miami office before stepping into his role as an associate.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Craig spent twenty-five years as a professional singer and actor with a career that allowed him to share his talents across the globe and even landing a starring role in a Broadway show. He also spent nearly eight years as a professional talent manager in New York City, representing high-caliber international athletes, including multiple Olympians, and successfully negotiating lucrative performance contracts with major entertainment corporations. An enterprising professional, he also founded and managed a global online masterclass network that connected performing arts students with top industry professionals.
Mr. Craig earned both his Juris Doctor, cum laude, and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Entertainment Law from the University of Miami School of Law in 2025. While in law school, he developed his leadership skills as a Student Ambassador and was an active member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society. He also holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Theatre Performance and English Language and Literature from The University of the South.
Mr. Craig is licensed to practice law in Florida.
