Before beginning his practice, Mr. Brunett served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, attaining the rank of Lieutenant. His military service included leadership roles aboard U.S. naval and support vessels, where he was responsible for mission-critical operations, coordination, and safety.
In 2021, Mr. Brunett earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and ranked in the top 20 percent of his class. During law school, he received Top Paper honors in Decedents' Estates and earned publication recognition from the California Lawyers Association's Schulman Writing Contest. His scholarly work includes a published law review article examining felony-murder jurisprudence in Arkansas. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in logistics, both earned cum laude, providing a strong foundation in operational leadership, and regulatory compliance.
