Joe McGehee is an associate in the Tallahassee office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice in the areas of general litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, labor and employment matters, and education law. Mr. McGehee also assists in settlement negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
Mr. McGehee received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University, College of Law in April 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2015, majoring in Greek, Latin and Classical Civilizations studies. He is published in Animal Law and Education Law and served as co-founder and President of the Education Law & Policy Society of FSU Law.
Mr. McGehee is licensed to practice law in Florida.
