Joshua S. Fittler is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Fittler exclusively focuses on civil matters, representing health care providers in medical malpractice actions, premises owners in premises liability cases, and defendants in construction defect claims.
Representing clients in both state and federal courts, Mr. Fittler is known for his ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure litigation settings. Over the past few years, he has gained first-hand insight into drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and developing case strategies.
Mr. Fittler earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he concentrated on business law. During his time at Stetson, he spent his spare time as a legal assistant, supporting attorneys on a wide range of matters.
A native of Virginia, Mr. Fittler graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. His early experience in customer-facing roles, including time spent in the hospitality and entertainment industries, developed his strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
Outside the office, Mr. Fittler is a passionate musician. He is self-taught in guitar, drums, mixing, and music production, and enjoys creating original tracks in his spare time. He's also a theme park enthusiast and once worked at Walt Disney World as a monorail pilot.
Mr. Fittler is licensed to practice law in Florida.
