Her practice focuses on litigating personal injury claims and resolving disputes, including negligence and wrongful death cases brought under Illinois' Nursing Home Care Act. Ms. Martin handles complex cases with a meticulous and empathetic approach, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients.

Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles, Ms. Martin independently managed a demanding caseload of 35-45 cases, prepared and defended numerous depositions, and negotiated favorable settlements for her clients. Her earlier work showcases her ability to secure justice for victims of personal injury, particularly in cases involving sexual abuse of minors. She also contributed significantly to Constitutional rights cases, emphasizing child welfare in foster care systems.

In 2021, Ms. Martin attended Chicago-Kent College of Law to obtain her Juris Doctor, with a Certificate in Public Interest Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 2015.
