Justin A. Bubion is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He has extensive experience handling matters involving construction defect, bodily injury, property damage, wrongful discharge, harassment and discrimination, as well as landlord-tenant disputes, contract preparation, negotiation, and judgment collections. Mr. Bubion's practice is emphasized in the areas of insurance defense and general liability, construction claims, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, labor and employment, motor vehicle liability and trucking and transportation.
Mr. Bubion is an experienced trial attorney handling contested matters from inception of case through mediation, arbitration, trial, and post-trial. He represents real estate developers, construction contractors, design professionals, trucking companies, auto dealerships and various private business entities in insurance and non-insurance matters in both state and federal courts, and before state administrative agencies.
Prior to joining QPWB, he was civil litigation partner with a national law firm in Los Angeles handling high-value cases involving numerous parties and complex factual and legal disputes in all of his current areas of practice. Mr. Bubion commenced private practice in 2006 representing clients in construction and real estate-related disputes.
Mr. Bubion received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law, Orange, California in May 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Irvine in June 2002. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and clerked for the State Bar of California.
Mr. Bubion is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada. He is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
