Justin G. Wyss is an associate in the Indianapolis Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing his practice on civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on automobile accident defense, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and EVs/lithium-ion batteries. He also represents clients in coverage litigation and uninsured/underinsured motorist matters. Mr. Wyss has experience that spans defending individuals, businesses, and healthcare providers across state and federal courts in Indiana.
Mr. Wyss earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where he received certificates in Health Law and Intellectual Property. During law school, he was selected to the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy, participated in the Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition, and served on the Executive Board of the Health Law Society. Prior to law school, he received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University - Bloomington in 2014.
Admitted to practice in Indiana, Mr. Wyss is also licensed before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He is also a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Wyss enjoys spending time with family and friends and stays active through tennis, running, and hiking.
