Justin M. Lopez is an associate in the Dallas office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith claims with an emphasis on insurance fraud involving healthcare and property damage claims. His practice includes the areas of medical malpractice, general liability, first-party property claims, automotive liability, and premises liability matters. Mr. Lopez performs all aspects of coverage investigation claims, conducts examinations under oath, attends mediations, hearings and depositions, and negotiates settlement offers.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Lopez was an associate with an insurance defense law firm in Texas where he handled fraud investigations of medical and billing records and represented insureds and insurers in third-party liability litigation and first-party property claims.
Mr. Lopez earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in May 2013 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2010.
He is licensed to practice law in Texas and is a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Inc.
