Kate Diem is an associate in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., Ms. Diem's primary focus is on insurance defense and general liability matters. She is well-versed in all stages of the litigation process, from case inception to discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal. She has a particular emphasis on representing defendants in commercial transportation cases, which encompass a wide range of vehicles such as tractor-trailers, ambulances, garbage trucks, towing trucks, and any other commercial vehicles governed by state and federal regulations. Her comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of these cases allows her to provide effective and strategic representation to her clients. Focusing her practice in the areas of insurance defense and general liability throughout the litigation process from inception of case through discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal, with emphasis in the representation of defendants in commercial transportation cases including tractor-trailers, ambulances, garbage trucks, towing trucks, and any commercial vehicle covered by state and federal regulations.
Ms. Diem possesses a deep understanding of the litigation process and works diligently to protect the interests of her clients at every stage. Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Diem practiced in a variety of disciplines, including family law, probate and estates, guardianships and conservatorships, immigration, and other civil litigation matters.
She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2016 and her Bbachelor of Science's degree from the University of Georgia in 2013.
She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is admitted to the Georgia Supreme Court.
