Katherine Stark is an associate in the Dallas Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., concentrating her practice on civil litigation, commercial liability, and personal injury defense. Ms. Stark represents businesses, insurers, and professionals in disputes involving premises liability, professional liability, contract disputes, and toxic tort claims.
Ms. Stark has successfully defended clients from pre-suit investigations through trial, including conducting depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University, where she was a Dean's List honoree and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
