Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Ray was an associate at a plaintiff law firm in Tampa. While there, her specialty was property & casualty insurance and she worked on numerous insurance cases. Ms. Ray has a background and expertise in property and casualty insurance including breach of contract and bad faith cases.

In 2021, Ms. Ray earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, in Williamsburg, Virginia, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mississippi where she graduated magna cum laude in 2018. While in law school, she served as an assistant article editor and then article editor for the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review and as a tournament director for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
