Kealia N. Hollingsworth is an associate in the Chicago Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., specializing in workers' compensation defense, insurance defense, subrogation, employment law, and general liability matters. She skillfully represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in complex workers' compensation claims.
Ms. Hollingsworth has extensive experience defending clients in workers' compensation cases throughout Indiana. She has conducted in-depth investigations into workplace injury claims, developed litigation strategies to minimize liability and control costs, and successfully negotiated favorable resolutions on behalf of her clients. She has also represented employers in proceedings before the Indiana Workers' Compensation Board.
As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, Ms. Hollingsworth prosecuted over 500 criminal cases, including misdemeanors and felonies, on behalf of the State of Indiana. In this role, she gained significant courtroom experience, drafting motions, conducting legal research, and advocating in both bench and jury trials.
Ms. Hollingsworth earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2020 and her Bachelor of Applied Science from Indiana University's School of Public Health in 2017.
