Kennedy Fuller is an associate in the Nashville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Fuller represents individuals and corporate entities across Tennessee state and federal courts, providing strategic counsel from initial discovery through trial resolution. She focuses her practice on general litigation and criminal defense.
An assertive advocate with robust courtroom experience, Ms. Fuller manages all phases of the litigation lifecycle. Her practice includes drafting complex motions, managing discovery, appearing regularly for contested hearings, and arguing motions before the court. They are well-versed in handling high-volume caseloads while maintaining precise litigation deadlines, client communications, and trial readiness.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Fuller served as an associate attorney at a boutique defense law firm in Nashville, where she simultaneously managed 50 to 60 active matters and negotiated favorable resolutions through strategic advocacy. Her legal foundation is also built on corporate and regulatory work within the hospitality sector, where she drafted operating agreements, managed business formation filings, and navigated complex liquor license applications for emerging restaurant entities.
Ms. Fuller earned her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in 2023, where she served as a Peer Mentor and contributed to the Criminal Law Journal. She completed her undergraduate studies, magna cum laude, at the University of Denver, earning twin Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminology.
She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
