Kerry Roebke is an associate in the Denver Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she represents clients in rucking and transportation matters, including railroad/FELA claims, as well as premises and retail liability defense, transportation litigation, and personal injury defense. She manages an active caseload across multiple jurisdictions; handling matters from intake through resolution.
Ms. Roebke has experience drafting dispositive and discovery motions, conducting legal research and substantive briefing, preparing for depositions, and coordinating expert disclosures. She also communicates directly with clients and insurers on case strategy and monitors state and federal court deadlines to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the litigation process.
During her time at Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana, Ms. Roebke served as the online editor for the Montana Law Review, coordinated events for the Montana Student Chapter of the Federalist Society, and participated in multiple pro bono initiatives, including immigration-related matters for military families, refugees, and asylees.
Before law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in History and Spanish from Texas Christian University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ms. Roebke has provided legal interpretation and translation services and continues to use her language skills to better serve clients.
Licensed to practice law in Colorado, Montana, and Texas, Ms. Roebke enjoys reading, watching football, cheering on the TCU Horned Frogs, and spending time with her dog outside of her practice.
