Kyle Argenbright is an associate in the Dallas office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing on complex civil litigation including personal injury, toxic torts, and matters involving trucking and related auto accidents, personal and catastrophic injury, wrongful death, breach of contract and bad faith coverage litigation. His additional areas of practice include construction claims, breach of contract matters, labor and employment, white-collar defense, and regulatory compliance.  

Drawing upon a broad spectrum of expertise, Mr. Argenbright represents insurance companies and insured clients in various legal matters. He manages all facets of discovery, from handling requests and responses to coordinating with opposing counsel for plaintiffs and co-defendants. Mr. Argenbright also oversees on-site vehicle inspections and accident site investigations, working closely with third-party adjusters and counsels to develop fact investigations and liability analyses. 

Furthermore, Mr. Argenbright possesses extensive experience in commercial litigation, particularly in commercial construction projects. He investigates and litigates commercial lawsuits, including surety, contract, lien, and fraud claims, consistently aiding clients in resolving complex issues related to construction contracts, surety bonds, and corporate internal investigations. 

In 2018, Mr. Argenbright earned his Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Criminal Law Society and completed 240 pro bono hours. Prior to his legal studies, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Auburn University in 2013.  

Mr. Argenbright is licensed to practice law in Texas.
