Kylie Hance is an associate in the Denver Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she concentrates her practice on civil litigation and corporate insurance defense. Ms. Hance represents insurers and corporate clients in a wide range of complex claims.
Before joining QPWB, Ms. Hance obtained extensive experience through a series of positions spanning both private and public sectors. She has conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on topics involving insurance law, estate planning, taxation, and business transactions. Her prior experience includes drafting discovery documents, analyzing accounting methods, preparing private letter rulings, and assisting clients with tax disputes before federal agencies. With this diverse background, Ms. Hance is equipped
with a deep understanding of the legal and financial intersections that often arise in complex litigation.
While earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, Ms. Hance distinguished herself through both academic excellence and leadership. She served as Managing Editor of the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy. Ms. Hance was also active in the Federal Bar Association - Kansas Student Division, where she served as Secretary.
In 2022, Ms. Hance received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, magna cum laude, from the Illinois Institute of Technology. As a student-athlete, she served as Co-Captain of the Women's Varsity Tennis Team and Treasurer of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Ms. Hance is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Outside of her practice, she remains actively engaged in her community through volunteer work with organizations such as Girls on the Run, Harvesters, and Special Olympics.
