Laina Leavitt is a partner in the Las Vegas hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where her practice is exclusively dedicated to general liability matters. She brings over a decade of experience defending national insurance carriers and their insureds in major liability disputes and litigation involving personal injury, premises liability, and property damage claims.
Ms. Leavitt has served as the head of general liability practice groups at prior firms, where she led teams of attorneys and guided litigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions. She is known for her efficient, results-driven approach to case management and her ability to resolve matters through early negotiation, mediation, or trial when necessary.
A graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, Ms. Leavitt also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is licensed to practice in both Arizona and Nevada.
