Lance M. Litman is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on insurance defense, general liability and first-party property claims, personal injury, and premise liability.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Litman was an attorney at the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in St. Petersburg, Florida. He provided legal and risk management advice to upper level agency administration and management on labor and employment law on matters concerning disciplinary actions, discrimination, unfair labor practices, union issues, and compliance.
Mr. Litman received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in August 2009 and Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in December 2004.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida.
