Lance M. Litman is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on insurance defense, general liability, residential and commercial first-party property claims, personal injury, complex litigation, and condominium litigation, and premise liability. Mr. Litman's experience covers all aspects of litigation from pre-suit negotiation through summary judgment and trial.
Mr. Litman has extensive experience in the real estate industry and holds a real estate sales license in Florida. Previously, he worked for a large privately held real estate investment fund working with many of its divisions from large portfolio acquisitions through liquidation. Mr. Litman also has experience in various roles assisting smaller boutique real estate investment groups wherein he focused on devising efficient resolutions to a myriad of complex issues to produce positive results.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Litman was an attorney at the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in St. Petersburg, Florida. He provided legal and risk management advice to upper-level agency administration and management on labor and employment law on matters concerning disciplinary actions, discrimination, unfair labor practices, union issues, and compliance.
Mr. Litman received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in August 2009 and Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in December 2004.
He is licensed to practice law in Florida.
