Latevia V. Priddy is an associate in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Priddy specializes in civil and criminal litigation, advocating for clients across a diverse range of legal areas including personal injury, family law, contractual disputes, administrative appeals, civil appeals, EEOC matters, business formation, labor/employment issues, federal district court cases, probate/estate planning, landlord/tenant disputes, expungement, and alternative dispute resolution.

With a background as Assistant District Attorney for the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office, Ms. Priddy brings invaluable experience to her practice. She meticulously prepared and investigated cases, managed evidence, and skillfully represented the state's interests in court proceedings. Her responsibilities included coordinating court calendars, scheduling hearings, and effectively liaising with judges, opposing counsel, and litigation managers.

Ms. Priddy's legal career encompasses both private practice and public service. She has contributed significantly to general and complex litigation matters in Kentucky and played a pivotal role as Program Supervisor in the Kentucky Drug Court, where she oversaw program implementation, structural enhancements, and the establishment of the first Veterans Treatment Court in the state.

In her representation of clients in family law matters, Ms. Priddy prioritizes informed advocacy and effective communication. She navigates pre- and post-judgment custody disputes, parenting time arrangements, child support issues, and contested or uncontested divorces with empathy and expertise. Ms. Priddy is dedicated to empowering clients with a comprehensive understanding of legal processes and strategies tailored to their individual circumstances, fostering amicable resolutions while safeguarding their interests.

In 2011, Ms. Priddy earned her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, and she attended C. Blake McDowell School of Law at the University of Akon as a full-tuition scholarship recipient. Prior to law school, she graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2005.

Ms. Priddy is licensed to practice law in Georgia, the District if Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She is also admitted to the Western District of Kentucky.
