Laura M. Martinez is a partner in the Denver Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Bringing nearly two decades as an experienced litigator, Ms. Martinez represents individuals and corporations in a broad range of areas.
Having spent her career handling all phases of litigation, from initial consultation through trial and arbitration, Ms. Martinez has first-chaired bench and jury trials. One of her notable achievements includes helping secure one of the highest jury verdicts awarded in Colorado in 2017. She has successfully resolved high-stakes cases in advance of trial, including matters where plaintiffs sought damages in the tens of millions of dollars, achieving outcomes that avoided significant exposure for her clients. Ms. Martinez earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of Colorado where she was a law scholarship recipient and made the Dean's list.
Ms. Martinez is admitted to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
