Lauren Espinoza is an associate in the Glendale Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she represents clients in insurance defense, civil litigation, and real property disputes. She has experience handling cases from pre-litigation through trial preparation, drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and representing clients in depositions and settlement negotiations.
Ms. Espinoza has worked on a variety of matters, including probate litigation, trust administration, estate planning, and real estate law. She has drafted discovery motions, summary judgment motions, and settlement agreements, as well as attended case management conferences and strategy meetings with clients and experts. Her background in both transactional and litigation-based practice areas give her a comprehensive perspective when handling disputes.
During law school, Ms. Espinoza was an active competitor and leader in the moot court, refining her legal writing skills through Scott Moot Court Honors Board and national competitions. She earned top grades in Trusts & Wills, Marital Property, California Civil Procedure, and Remedies, further strengthening her expertise in estate, contract, and business law. Ms. Espinoza's undergraduate studies at UC Irvine were distinguished by her participation in the Honors Program in Political Science, where she completed a senior thesis on immigration policy following the Syrian refugee crisis.
As a licensed California attorney, Ms. Espinoza is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Latina Lawyers Bar Association, and the Mexican American Bar Association. Passionate about serving her community, she has also provided pro bono notary services to ensure clients' legal documents are properly notarized.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Espinoza enjoys following Formula One racing, skimboarding, traveling, and cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers.
