Lauren Garrett is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, construction and supply contracts, subcontractor agreements, vendor and services agreements, leases, operating agreements, corporate governance documents, employment-related agreements, estate planning documents, and other sophisticated business contracts.
