Leanne Davis Hoskins is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Her practice focuses in the areas of insurance defense, nursing home defense and long term care negligence for insurers and self-insured clients, and personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Hoskins worked with the Center for Excellence in Elder Law at Stetson University College of Law.  She clerked with a St. Petersburg, Florida law office specializing in Elder law and served on two internships: with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division in Washington, D.C. and the State Attorney's Office, Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Brandon and Sarasota, Florida, Division of White Collar & Elder Exploitation where she assisted and observed the prosecution and investigation of various cases.

Ms. Hoskins received her Juris Doctor cum laude and Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida in December 2013; a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University in 2009; and Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 2004, graduating with a major in public relations.

While in law school, Ms. Hoskins earned the Victor O. Wehle Trial Advocacy Award and participated as a finalist in the Phelps Dunbar First Year Oral Advocacy Competition.  She served on the Journal of International Aging, Law and Policy as Publication Editor.  Ms. Hoskins was selected to serve as a Stetson Ambassador; in this leadership role, she participated in various community functions and served as mentor to new law students.

Ms. Hoskins is licensed to practice law in Florida.
