Liamna Matos is an associate in the Orlando hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., specializing in probate and trust administration counsel, landlord-tenant disputes, business and commercial litigation, and contractual disputes. Her expertise includes drafting complex trusts for wealth preservation, preparing advanced estate plans, and providing clients with tailored strategies in real estate and commercial legal matters. Ms. Matos excels in analyzing risk management techniques and offering proactive legal solutions to meet her clients' unique needs. 

Ms. Matos developed extensive experience in advising clients on real estate and zoning regulations, managing litigation, drafting operating agreements, and facilitating settlements. She has represented clients in administrative hearings, appellate cases, and disciplinary matters within the real estate industry. Additionally, Ms. Matos served as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for abused and neglected children, demonstrating her dedication to community service and the pursuit of justice. 

Earning her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, Ms. Matos served as the Associate Editor for the Child and Family Law Journal. She held leadership positions in several organizations, including the Women Lawyers Association and the Hispanic American Law Society. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Legal Studies from Florida International University, where she consistently achieved academic excellence as a Dean's List recipient and scholarship awardee. 

Ms. Matos is licensed to practice in Florida and is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. She is fluent in English and Spanish, has an Advanced Legal Research Certification, and is a Certified Florida County Court Mediator.
