Her extensive litigation experience spans both plaintiff and defense representation, giving her a unique perspective and strategic advantage in resolving disputes.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Lullove has successfully managed high-volume caseloads in state and federal courts, handling all aspects of the litigation process from client acquisition and pre-suit negotiations through trial and post-verdict proceedings. She is highly skilled in motion practice, hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation, and has served as first chair in jury trials.
Before joining QPWB, Ms. Lullove served as the Founder and President of her law firm, where she managed and ran all operations as a solo practitioner. In this role, she represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases and homeowners in property damage claims and coverage disputes. She oversaw every stage of representation, from initial client contact to case resolution.
Earlier in her career, she served as managing attorney and senior counsel in prominent Florida litigation practices, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil matters, insurance defense, corporate defense, and medical malpractice claims. Ms. Lullove earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002. She also received a Master's in Social Work from Barry University in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami in 1995.
