Lorin Levitan is an Associate in the Merrillville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Levitan represents individuals, business entities, and insurance carriers in complex civil disputes, guiding matters from pre-suit evaluation through resolution. She focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, personal injury defense, workers' compensation claims, family law, and general liability matters.
Ms. Levitan brings versatile litigation experience across Indiana state courts. Her background encompasses managing complex caseloads, conducting hearings, representing clients in mediations, and negotiating favorable outcomes in high-stakes matters.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Levitan developed a well-rounded litigation background at several regional defense and boutique law firms throughout Indiana. She has successfully litigated personal injury and general liability claims, defended employers and insurers in workers' compensation disputes, and guided clients through sensitive family law proceedings.
In 2019, Ms. Levitan earned her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law, where she participated in the Criminal Law Clinic, the Criminal Justice Society, the Jewish Law Society, and the Cambridge Study Abroad Program. Prior to law school, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington in 2016.
