Luke Schultheis is an associate in the Louisville Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Schultheis practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense. He represents insurers, healthcare providers, and businesses in claims involving personal injury, medical malpractice, professional liability, and property damage.
Drawing on his background in finance and economics, Mr. Schultheis brings a unique analytical perspective to each case, balancing litigation strategy with data-driven insight to achieve efficient and effective results for his clients. Before entering private practice, Mr. Schultheis gained litigation experience through clerkships and consulting roles that strengthened his ability to assess complex factual and financial issues. His work included legal research, motion drafting, contract analysis, and cost reporting for corporate clients. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior financial analyst for national organizations, developing advanced reporting tools and managing revenue projections, skills that now inform his approach to case preparation and litigation strategy.
In 2015, Mr. Schultheis attended Bellarmine University to receive a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance. While earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, he participated in several student organizations, including the American Constitution Society, ACLU of Brandeis, and Brandeis Tech Law Society. He also served as an Academic Fellow, mentoring fellow law students in coursework and professional development.
Mr. Schultheis is licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky.
