Maily Dinh is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Dinh focuses on workers' compensation defense since 2007 and has a strong foundation representing self-insured employers, insurance carriers and third party adjusting agencies and before Workers' Compensation Appeals Board throughout California. Ms. Dinh's practice is also emphasized in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense cases involving negligence, premises liability and products liability.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Dinh was an associate with a Glendale, California law office where she focused on all of her current areas of practice. She was a member of Workers' Compensation Practice Group handling high volume and high exposure cases.
Ms. Dinh received her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2007 and Bachelor of Science from California State University, Northridge in 2003 graduating with a major in business law. While in law school, she earned a certificate of excellence in the Intellectual Property Law Program and was an active member of the Trial Advocacy and Moot Court Honors Program.
Ms. Dinh is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the State Bar of California.
Ms. Dinh has basic Vietnamese language proficiency.
