Makayla Dominguez is an associate in the Dallas hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., representing clients in insurance defense cases, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death matters. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, arguing motions, managing discovery, and taking depositions.
Ms. Dominguez has extensive experience in litigation, having managed a high-volume docket and handled cases involving personal injury, premises liability, and product liability claims. Her trial experience includes serving as second chair in multiple cases, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and honed her ability to deliver results for her clients. In addition to her litigation practice, she has successfully negotiated settlements, provided strategic counsel to clients, and contributed to case preparation for mediations and trials.
