Mallory S. Breslin is an associate in the Scottsdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Breslin represents clients through complex legal disputes across Arizona, providing efficient and detail-oriented advocacy from inception through resolution. She concentrates her practice on civil litigation, and family law matters.
Ms. Breslin has extensive experience managing active litigation dockets, including dissolutions of marriage, paternity establishment proceedings, and modifications of existing court orders. She oversees all stages of motion practice and filings, drafts pleadings, and constructs comprehensive settlement proposals. A skilled courtroom advocate, she regularly appears at hearings before judges and commissioners. Her background also includes a strong foundation in reviewing disclosure documents, curating trial exhibits, conducting legal research, and handling prospective client intakes.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Breslin served as the Lead Family Law Attorney at a prominent family law practice in Scottsdale, and previously worked as a law clerk handling family law, juvenile court proceedings, and criminal defense matters. Notably, she also has experience navigating private adoption applications, including birth certificate documentation and regulatory paperwork.
Ms. Breslin earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2025, where she was a recipient of the Dean's Recruitment Scholarship Award. She completed her undergraduate studies, summa cum laude, at the University of Arizona in 2022, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors alongside minors in Public Relations and Business Administration.
