Marcus Wisehart is a partner in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Wisehart is a seasoned litigator with more than two decades of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation across Georgia State and Federal Courts. His practice focuses on defending wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, and product liability claims. He is known for his strategic approach to trial preparation, skillful motion practice, and ability to navigate high exposure matters with precision and professionalism.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wisehart has tried numerous cases to verdict and participated extensively in mediation and arbitration proceedings. He has served as lead and co-counsel on high-stakes litigation, handled every phase of discovery, including expert depositions and corporate representative examinations, and successfully argued motions at both the trial and appellate levels.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Wisehart has significant experience in complex claims management, having overseen large-scale domestic and international insurance matters involving catastrophic injury, construction defects, and product liability. His insight into both the defense and claims sides of litigation allows him to deliver well-rounded, results-driven representation to clients facing sophisticated legal challenges.
Before beginning his distinguished legal career, Mr. Wisehart completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Georgia School of Law in 2000, following his undergraduate studies in psychology at Wake Forest University 1996.
Licensed to practice law in Georgia, Mr. Wisehart was recognized as a 2013 Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers and has authored articles for the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association Law Journal on apportionment of fault and premises liability issues.
