Margaret Q. Tran is an associate in the Chicago Office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, employment matters, construction defects, and general litigation, including product liability, trucking and automobile accident cases, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death actions.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Tran worked at an insurance defense firm where she successfully obtained a number of favorable results through mediations, settlement conferences, and dispositive motions including several summary judgment motions, and involuntary dismissals. She has handled all aspects of litigation from its conception to trial and appeals.
Ms. Tran has also previously worked as a tax and family law attorney, advising clients on how to navigate their tax debt, divorce, separation, paternity, custody, and child support.
Ms. Tran received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, Chicago School of Law in May 2018, and Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University in 2014, majoring in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics, and Law.
She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
