Masha Ciampittiello is an associate in the Orlando Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she concentrates her practice on insurance defense, construction defect litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. With more than a decade of experience in complex civil litigation, Ms. Ciampittiello successfully manages high-volume caseloads and has defended a wide range of clients, including contractors, businesses, property owners, and municipalities in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Ciampittiello's litigation background includes extensive work in general liability, premises liability, and catastrophic loss claims. She has handled all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through dispositive motions, mediation, and trial preparation. Ms. Ciampittiello is also experienced in regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and corporate liability assessment, providing clients with thorough and actionable legal guidance.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Ciampittiello owned and operated a solo practice serving entertainment professionals and small businesses. In this role, she provided transactional legal support, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts, reviewing corporate governance documents, and offering counsel on intellectual property and startup operations. Her solo work reflects her adaptability and ability to deliver practical legal solutions to entrepreneurial clients in fast-moving industries.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Ciampittiello served as Assistant General Counsel for a statewide municipal trust, where she advised on public entity claims and insurance-related matters. She has also held senior associate roles with multiple statewide law firms, supervising junior attorneys and legal staff, and helping shape firmwide litigation strategy.
Ms. Ciampittiello earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she received the James L. Ferraro Scholarship and the Law Alumni Association Scholarship. She completed judicial internships with the Florida Supreme Court under Justice Peggy A. Quince and the Third District Court of Appeal under Judge (now Justice) Barbara Lagoa. In 2012, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in History, summa cum laude, from Florida State University.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, Ms. Ciampittiello is admitted to the Supreme Court of Florida and the Third District Court of Appeals. She is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
