Matthew J. Heiting is a partner in the Chicago Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With over eight years of industry experience, he has a proven track record of aggressively defending his clients. Mr. Heiting's defense expertise spans pre-suit negotiation, discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial, with substantial experience in both state and federal court systems.
Mr. Heiting's practice focuses on the defense of business owners, contractors, trucking entities, and others facing construction, commercial, transportation, premises liability, and product liability claims. His comprehensive understanding of these areas allows him to provide tailored legal strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Mr. Heiting holds a B.S. in Political Science and Social Change and Development. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2013. Admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois, he is committed to delivering exceptional legal service and achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife and two children.
