Throughout his career, Mr. Nir has demonstrated a strong aptitude for handling all phases of the litigation lifecycle. In his civil practice, he has successfully conducted numerous inquests and hearings regarding commercial and residential property proceedings, consistently securing favorable judgments, monetary awards, and warrants of possession. His background also includes valuable internship and clerkship experience with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the NYPD, and the Phoenix Law Department.
