Maylen Delgado is an associate in the Orlando hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where she concentrates her practice on Workers' Compensation Defense. Before joining QPWB, Ms. Delgado accumulated valuable experience representing insurance carriers and handling bodily injury cases. She managed a high volume of cases, where she developed robust strategies for dispute resolution, often advocating in mediations and depositions to achieve client-focused results. Notably, she has experience in banking matters, particularly within the garnishment process, where she ensured compliance with state and federal laws through meticulous legal research, e-discovery, and documentation, all while effectively liaising with external legal entities on behalf of her clients.
Earning her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, Ms. Delgado served as Vice-President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society and a member of the Caribbean Law Student Association. In 2018, she attended Florida International University to receive a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. While in undergrad she was involved in Phi Alpha Delta for community service and held the role of President in Lambda Alpha Epsilon.
