McKenzie A. Wilson is an associate in the Nashville hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  She focuses her practice on the representation of physicians, hospitals and long-term care providers in medical malpractice matters involving claims of abuse and neglect, negligence, violation of resident's rights, wrongful death and breach of contract. Ms. Wilson's practice also involves the defense of general negligence claims, catastrophic personal injury and property damage cases. 

Before her role as an associate, Ms. Wilson began her journey with QPWB as a law clerk. She brings valuable experience from her time as a Summer Legal Intern at the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy, and Intern at Garza Law Firm in Knoxville, TN. In these roles she supported trial preparation through client meetings, discovery review, and legal research on complex issues. Her prior law clerk roles further refined her legal skills, with responsibilities that included drafting demand letters, interrogatories, memoranda, along with assisting in deposition preparation and mediation. 

Ms. Wilson earned her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University's Duncan School of Law in 2024, where she distinguished herself with multiple honors, including a Top 10 Brief Award in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and the Best Closing Award in the National Trial Advocacy Competition. She was also on the Dean's List multiple times, received the CALI Award for Legal Communications III, and earned accolades as a member and president of the Mock Trial Association. Additionally, she holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky and dual bachelor's degrees in Health Administration and Communication Studies from Western Kentucky University. 

Admitted to practice law in the state of Kentucky, Ms. Wilson is currently "Pending Practice Admission" to Tennessee, demonstrating her commitment to expanding her practice reach and serving clients in the region.
