Megan C. Buechler is an associate in the Louisville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., specializing in general liability defense and healthcare provider defense. She also brings her expertise to representing insurers in insurance coverage, extra-contractual, and bad faith litigation.
Before joining our team at QPWB, Ms. Buechler demonstrated her versatility in civil litigation and criminal matters, handling cases involving liability claims, employment law, workers' compensation, and contract issues. In addition to her practice, she has experience handling public affairs, conducting comprehensive policy research, and authoring reports for management teams on issues directly impacting her clients.
Ms. Buechler earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
