Meg Olson is a partner in the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With over 10 years of insurance defense litigation experience, Ms. Olson has established a reputation as a tenacious civil litigator. She practices in state, superior, and federal courts. Her areas of expertise include premises liability, products liability, commercial and personal auto claims, first-party property insurance matters, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, trucking and transportation, workers compensation, dental practice, appellate law, malicious prosecution, Dram Shop, defamation, and insurance coverage.
Ms. Olson has first chair trial experience in numerous jurisdictions, as well as extensive experience taking and defending party, non-party, and expert depositions and handling mediations in high exposure and large loss cases. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and in the USDC Northern District of Georgia.
In 2006, Ms. Olson graduated magna cum laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a minor in dance performance. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from Emory School of Law in 2012, where she was a member of the Emory Moot Court Society. While in law school, Ms. Olson was named Outstanding Oral Advocate and placed third in the nation at the Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition.
Notably, Ms. Olson was recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers as a 2022 Rising Star.
