Mia Ciccarella is an associate in the Atlanta Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing her practice exclusively on civil litigation, including personal and commercial auto, premises liability, trucking, and insurance coverage. She is a born communicator, a skill that not only allows her to be effective in the courtroom but also enables her to negotiate favorable settlements and creative solutions for her clients. Ms. Ciccarella's clients appreciate the way she provides candid advice regarding risk management while simultaneously ensuring each case is handled as if it will go to trial.
Ms. Ciccarella earned her undergraduate degree at the University at Buffalo, where she studied Psychology. She then graduated from John Marshall Law School, where she helped found the Caribbean, Hispanic, and Latino Lawyers Association (CHALLSA) and the Corporate and Business Law Society (CBLS). While in law school, she was also selected by Professor Elizabeth M. Jaffe to assist in the research and writing of "Likes, Liability, and the Law: Legal Challenges of Social Media's Impact on Adolescent Well-Being," which was published in the Spring 2025 Virginia Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
Ms. Ciccarella is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. When she is not managing her fast-paced litigation practice, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their three dogs, camping, or proudly rooting for the Buffalo Bills and Liverpool Football Club.
