Michael A. Fasano, Jr., is Managing Partner of the Naples hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., concentrates his practice on state and federal litigation matters, including commercial litigation, personal injury matters, trucking and transportation, premises liability, dental practice, professional negligence, real estate matters, in claims involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and substantial monetary and property losses.
With 20 years of experience, Mr. Fasano is a detail-oriented and conscientious attorney known for achieving favorable outcomes in litigation, transactional, and corporate law, excelling at developing creative case strategies, and writing persuasive briefs. His ability to thrive in dynamic State and Federal Court environments and adapt to the ever-changing legal field sets him apart. Mr. Fasano has unparalleled trial preparation, research, and legal argument drafting, approaching each case with tenacity and an analytical mindset. From inception to conclusion, including arbitration and trial, Mr. Fasano has handled thousands of cases through all aspects of civil litigation. Before joining QPWB, he worked in private practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, commercial litigation, real estate, family law, and transactional matters. He has participated in numerous hearings, bench trials, and jury trials, which provided him with extensive experience litigating cases involving significant and complex legal issues.
After graduating from Boston University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Mr. Fasano went on to attend law school at Florida Coastal School of Law and earned a Juris Doctor in 1999. While in law school, he served as staff editor of Florida Coastal Law Review.
Admitted to all county and circuit courts in the state of Florida and Connecticut, Mr. Fasano is also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America (SCOTUS), the United States, District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States, District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States, Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit.
