Michael W. Kehoe is a partner in the Pensacola office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  He concentrates his practice on a broad range of civil litigation including medical malpractice, professional malpractice, construction litigation and all aspects of insurance defense including automobile, trucking, premises, and long-term care liability claims.  In over 25 years of practice he has served as lead counsel in jury trials throughout the Florida Panhandle.  Mr. Kehoe has achieved the highest Peer Review ranking of AV® Preeminent(TM) from Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.

Mr. Kehoe was the managing partner of the law firm Fuller, Johnson, Kehoe, Horky & Rettig, LLC in Pensacola for over eight years before joining QPWB.  Mr. Kehoe commenced private practice in 1990 when he joined the civil trial law firm Fuller, Johnson & Farrell, P.A. in Tallahassee.  In 1993 he moved to the firm's Pensacola office and shortly afterwards assumed the duties of managing partner.

Mr. Kehoe received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1988 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1981. Prior to entering law school he served in the U.S. Army.  While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and completed an internship for the Honorable Benjamin F. Overton of the Florida Supreme Court.  Following law school, he served as a law clerk for two years with the Honorable Douglass B. Shivers, Chief Judge of the First District Court of Appeal.

Mr. Kehoe is licensed to practice law in Florida.  He is a member of The Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

His professional affiliations also include the Florida Bar Trial Bar Section, Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, Gulf Coast Association of Insurance Professionals, and Defense Research Institute (DRI).
