Michael P. Logan is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including general liability and personal injury claims, automotive liability, premises liability, negligent security, slip and fall cases, and wrongful death matters. Mr. Logan also handles first-party residential and commercial property representations involving losses due to theft, water, wind, sinkhole, fire, fraud, and other property damage claims.

Mr. Logan's experience includes working as an associate with various South Florida law offices including two insurance defense law firms, where he primarily engaged in drafting motions for state and federal court based on tort law, personal injury law, employment law, first-party property claims, the Fair Housing Act (FHA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) law, and the Florida Commission on Human Relations law. Mr. Logan's litigation practice includes pre-trial procedures including motion practice, trial preparation, defendant's and expert depositions, attending court hearings, and co-chair at a federal trial.

Mr. Logan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in May 2016 and Bachelor of Arts in History from Whitman College, Washington, in May 2011. Mr. Logan received his law degree with a concentration in Business Law, he was a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court. He also served in the Detainee Rights Clinic representing immigration clients, writing motions for immigration court, and where one of his cases was profiled in The New Yorker magazine's article: "The Refugee Dilemma." After law school, Mr. Logan served as a judicial clerk in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Mr. Logan is licensed to practice law in Florida and Minnesota.

Since 2016, Mr. Logan serves on the legal panel of the American Civil Liberties Union.
